HOW TO USE:

Kanuka is a versatile essential oil that blends well with many essential oils, particuarly Eucalyptus oils, Cinnamon and with many other Australian natives, such as Lavender, Kunzea, Rosalina and White Cypress.

  •  Make a travel linen spray with kanuka oil—it can help you feel relaxed and centered after new experiences.
  •  Use as a massage oil to assist relief from tired muscles.
  •  Add kanuka oil to natural lotion and apply after showering at the gym.
  •  Add 5-10 drops to your bath water throughout winter.
