How to use:

– Diffuser: Add a few drops of Stress Relief to a diffuser and use during times of stress or tension

– Inhalation: Diffuse or inhale before a public speaking event or taking a test

– Inhalation: Put a drop or two on an eye pillow or tissue, relax and let go Inhale throughout the day to alleviate anxiety

– Topical: If particularly stressed, apply one drop to hands, rub together, and inhale deeply
